  I very seldom slow down to write reviews but taking the time for this one was a must. We're a new customer this year to Bug Commander. After our first treatment I continued to see these tiny little nagging bugs and I was concerned they would make there way inside. Jordan came out and identified the springtails for me and did need to use a different product or products to kill them. It was even more obvious on this visit that Jordan is very knowledgeable of his business (the bugs and the chemicals). His customer service, kindness and professionalism is over the top. I'm here to stay. Thank you Jordan!
