  This store consistently lets me down. Had to go to the cashier to ask where something was located after hanging out on and around the aisle where I actually needed the help. I walked up and down 9 aisles before going to the cashier. He, didn’t know but he looked it up on his cell phone, I appreciate that. Go back to the aisle and there’s the guy in charge of the plumbing aisle/dept I ask, “where can I find the PVC valves at, specifically a double union ball valve?” he gives me a dumb look and say’s, “the unions are over here.” I repeated myself, he then shows me where the valves are, and tells me he’s never heard of a double union ball valve. I won’t hold that against the guy, who cares. I find a single 1.5” double union ball valve, which is marked way down on clearance. I’m looking for 1/2” so it’s not helpful, but for $6.79 I’m buying it anyway. I use a lot of them in my line of work. I walk past the guy and figured I’d show him what the valve looks like so he can better assist customers in the future. I mention it’s the only one and it’s on clearance and I asked if that meant they wouldn’t be stocking them anymore. He didn’t even turn around, and just says mumbles about me being the only guy who’s asked for one in 4 years. What a joke.
