  Matt from Legacy Rodent Control did a fantastic job. After our several failed attempts to get the rat(s) out of our attic hiring others and doing it ourselves, Legacy Rodent Control FINALLY got the nasty creatures out of our attic! We signed a contract that included sealing all exterior points of entry (we had 4, although 2 other professionals said we only had 1), baiting and trapping the rodents in the attic, and then when we were rat-free, running an antimicrobial treatment in the attic to sanitize. Matt made 5 trips to our house to accomplish this. The work is guaranteed for 5 years and if we suspect rats may have returned, we need only call Legacy and they will come out and do whatever needs to be done. Their price is in line with other companies, but with a 5-year guarantee, and given the thoroughness and knowledge they exhibited on our job, I'd say they're the best value out there.

  Had a very good experience from start to finish with Matt and Legacy Rodent Control. Matt was prompt, courteous, and always kept me informed. Of course the bottom line is the quality of the job and that's where Legacy delivered. It took a few trips and we had quite a few openings to close up. (We tried another company first and they really didn't do a thorough job. Always go with a professional who does this as their main mission - and not a general pest control company.) However, as of today we're rat-free and new insulation has been installed. Best of all we have a five year warranty and I can rest easy knowing Matt will always come by if we need him. I highly recommend this company in case the unfortunate situation of a rat problem happens.
